WMConnect Enhancements

We’ve made several updates to the WMConnect feature, focusing on improving the functionality of the WMConnect Configuration Page and adding a new View Downloader Status page.

WMConnect Configuration Page Updates:

Include Job Data:

This option now creates a SQL view that includes both complete and incomplete jobs, using the same columns as the main view. This allows for easier tracking of job data directly within the system.

Hide Revisions:

When enabled, this feature ensures only the latest revision of each record is shown in the main view, helping to reduce clutter by hiding older versions of records.

New View Downloader Status Page:

The new View Downloader Status page has been added to improve visibility into data extraction.

Identifier Filter: 

You can now filter based on the identifier used in downloading the data.

New Columns:

Last Synced: Shows when the downloader has last run. Displays "Not Started" if no extraction has occurred and "Re-synchronising" if the table has been reset.

Last Synced ID: Displays the most recent record ID extracted by the downloader. This remains blank if no extraction has occurred.

Reset Table:

This option deletes and recreates the table. You will need to run it twice: once to get the table structure and again to download the data.

Bug Fixes:

Resolved issue for Location control data not extracting in full. 

Fixed problem surrounding race condition scenario.
