Support User

Each WorkMobile account now includes an additional login, specifically for WorkMobile Support. This access is designed to streamline the support process, allowing our team to directly interact with your account for quicker, more effective problem-solving.  

While the Support User feature is enabled by default, you can easily deactivate or reactivate this feature at your convenience through the Settings page, ensuring that you have the final say on support access to your account.
