Auto Reports
Auto reports allow you to build a default report with the click of a single button
To generate an 'auto report':
- First choose the form for which the report is to be based upon from the forms list.
- From the forms dashboard, click the Generate Auto Report button.
- When the Auto Report has been enabled for a form, any time you save your form from within the designer will update the Auto Report meaning it will always be up to date.
- Once the report has generated, you should be able to use it/view it just like any other report. In this example, clicking View Data, will list current data recorded for this form and you should see the Report icon to the left-most of each record. Click the report icon will allow you to view the report.
