Understanding Job Status
Throughout a jobs life-cycle, it will go through a number of states which are describe below:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Unallocated | Job is booked onto the system but has yet to be allocated to a mobile user |
| Allocated | Job has been allocated to a mobile user but has not yet been downloaded to their mobile device |
| On-Device | The job has been downloaded and is now on the mobile device |
| On-Route | The mobile user has marked themselves as on their way to the job location. |
| On-Route Cancel | The mobile user has cancelled their on-route status |
| In-Progress | The job has been opened and is being completed |
| Completed | The job has been completed by the mobile user and sent back |
| Rejected | The job has been rejected by the mobile user |
| Closed | The job has been marked as closed by the office worker (operator) |
