How to Send Mobile Error Logs

In the event that the Support team have directed you to send through error logs for the  WorkMobile2.0 app, please use the following steps:

  • As soon as you have experienced the issue, log out of WorkMobile2.0 and return to the login screen
  • Open the menu on the login screen
  • Select the 'Support' option
  • Select the 'Send Log Report' option
  • Select your preferred mail client from the present options
