How to Send Mobile Error Logs
In the event that the Support team have directed you to send through error logs for the WorkMobile2.0 app, please use the following steps:
- As soon as you have experienced the issue, log out of WorkMobile2.0 and return to the login screen
- Open the menu on the login screen
- Select the 'Support' option
- Select the 'Send Log Report' option
- Select your preferred mail client from the present options
- Send your email through to wmsupport@workmobileforms.com
