Notification Triggers
When a Mobile user sends a form, it can be quite helpful for the site administrator to receive a notification that a form has been successfully submitted. This ensures that you do not have to constantly check the completed records to see if anything has been sent.
The Notification will either automatically send out every time you capture and upload data on the form, or you can set them to send out based on whether a checkbox is ticked or not.
If you want to trigger a notification based on a checkbox, select ‘Notifications’ from within the Form Dashboard.
Within each Notification type we now have an option for ‘Notification Trigger’.
On this page you will be able to set which checkbox you would like the Notification to trigger from. Alternatively, you can leave it as the default which will mean you Notification is always triggered.
