# Sharing Data

## **Form Dashboard**

The ability to Share Form Data can be toggled for all forms on the account using the Form Dashboard option. Enabling Share Form Data for a Form will also automatically generate an Auto Report meaning users can start to share data instantly.

Account holders or portal users that have the login role for **Forms: Share Form Data** ticked will have this Form Dashboard option.

## **Completed Records**

Once enabled, users will be able to see a new column for **Share Form Data** within the Completed Records table. To generate a shareable link, simply click the **Copy URL** button for the uploaded record(s) you would like to share. This will then automatically copy the URL to your clipboard so it can be pasted into your correspondence.

## **Report Viewer**

Once the URL has been shared, users opening it will be required to login to the WorkMobile website using either a portal or mobile user login. This can be done when visiting the website through either a laptop or mobile device. Users will only be able to view the form data if they access to both the account and the user group that the Form belongs to.

After logging in, users will be able to view the shared record using either the Auto Report which is generated for all forms when enabling Share Form Data, or through a bespoke report made through Report Builder. Reports can be exported and printed from this view as well.
